I'm fairly sure that I would be a much stronger, more creative, enormously productive writer if I had Roald Dahl's Gypsy Caravan in my back yard as a writing studio.
Don't you think?
Showing, that you were a poet even then. oma

You may not remember this, Alexis, but at no more than two years old we heard you in the backseat of the car:"my name is Donald Duck, and I am not a shmuck". Oma

(By the way, the spousal abuse comment was not about you in any way -- it was about Roald Dahl, who supposedly was pretty awful to Patricia Neal. Just wanted to make sure you knew what I was referring to...)

But.. does the word claustrophobia mean anything to you? I agree with Laura M. ,you write beautifully where ever you are. Oma

I would write from sun up to sun down if that were in my backyard!

I've been lusting after a Plankbridge Shepherd's Hut (quite similar) for over a year now. But somehow I don't think they'll let me have one on the allotments! K x

You'd win a Pulitzer for sure if that was parked in your backyard.

Or maybe you'd just abuse your spouse...
Hard to say where inspiration lies, but I think you write lovely things even without a caravan.
