So, it seems most likely that I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. The good news is that I have no appreciable damage to my joints/bones, and I am going to start on a medicine that will help prevent damage.
I will blog about things that I try to do to reduce inflammation, like alternative therapies, yoga, and yummy healthy recipes, but I'm going to try not to whine too much. I'm achy, but there are many worse things in the world.
