My kids like lots of yucky, chemical-laden foods that I'd rather not feed them, so I was excited when I found this "recipe" in Real Simple magazine. We will definitely be trying this soon.
Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave (or over a double boiler), and add 8 ounces of chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
Stir until well-mixed.
Cool it slightly, and then spoon it over your ice cream of choice.
