Yes, my birthday is over for another year, but in the Knot Sew Crafty household we have what is known as "Birthday Week," so I have a few more days to celebrate. You see, CMR's birthday is a mere five days after mine--that'd be June 14th or Flag Day for you patriots out there--so we like to celebrate, in ways big and small, for the days in between. Actually, June is a month full of celebrations for us, as Auntie J's birthday and our Wedding Anniversary happen in June, too.

And this year is even more exciting because Auntie J. is due to have Baby Nephew in eight days!

Happy Mother's Day

Since I've been forbidden from leaving my bedroom until the kids decorate the living room, I thought I'd take a moment to wish a Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers of the world, with a special tribute to our very own favorite mothers--Oma and Grandma Jen--and also to Patty, who just welcomed baby Harry!
