I promise to post later today about all the wisdom I've gathered in my long forty years on earth, but for now I'll share my birthday present to myself, fabulous Japanese books about interiors in Paris and Stockholm, from Yvestown.

You know, if it weren't (wasn't?) your birthday today, I would be very ANGRY at you for linking to the seller of these fabulous looking books. You know how weak I am, and now I had to go and buy one as well (I went for London Children's Rooms myself - be still my heart). Please tell me they don't take too long to arrive.
