Auntie J. likes to make animals out of various materials--pipe cleaners, old sugar packets, and, in this case, marzipan. I think these are BRILLIANT--the pictures don't entirely do them justice. I think she should have an Etsy store where she makes likenesses of people's pets. I want her to make my children in marzipan!
Hi everyone! I just want to say thank you for all the nice comments about my little animals. And, yes to Katie. I still like a hot-chocolate, V-8 and a ginger-ale with my meals as often as possible!!

These are crazy cute...except for the mouse. After seeing one in the house, just don't find mice cute in any form, even sugar! (Marzipan is heavy on the sugar, right??? Oh look, my marzipan ignorance is showing!)

the snake is too precious. ha ha we used to get these as kids from Austria. Imagine the disgust from my mom when she found out I tried to save them... under the bed with my other treasures of course. They are much more interesting as figures. Never quite aquired the taste for Marzipan. But I do wonder what our likenesses would be in the now. thanks!

the snake is my favorite, it looks so realistic for marzipan

These are great, Auntie J! I want to see the pipe cleaner animals. I love making little animals out of pipe cleaners, too. They live in our dollhouse with the pipe cleaner family.
